    1. Having found this ebook on a Christian site, I was surprised to discover that the two protagonists considered a casual sexual relationship an acceptable thing, even though they never really 'get there' (they keep getting interrupted or have a fight), but this is not my reason for giving it such a low rating.Although the story has interesting characters, I found the book didn't spend enough time developing them. I felt that there was more to be done to make them better. The relationship between t [...]

    2. Cute, quick story. There were things that bugged me the neighbors small town drama that wasn't too believable and then it ended at 77%. Kinda glad I got it for free.

    3. This was a sweet little love story about two people whose dogs annoyed each other finding love, despite obstacles such as their nosy neighbors. I enjoyed it!

    4. This is a great story. It is a romantic comedy, Love Gone to the Dogs. This is the first book of the Second Chances Series. You will laugh, you will cry, and you will enjoy every word of it. This story is well written, humorous, and heart warming. You are going to love it.Author Leah Taylor has moved her family to a small town after being run out of several towns. Her husband ran off and left her and her boys and she is forced to write children books to support them. Her eldest takes after her a [...]

    5. Who would have thought two dogs could bring together two people who were in need of romance and a fresh start? That's what you get with this story about a woman who moves her family to a new town in hopes of being able to finally settle down and a doctor/mayor who doesn't realize it's time to leave his past in the past. The chemistry between Leah and Shane reveals itself almost immediately with their first meeting. Agreeing to have a casual relationship with no commitment between, the two finally [...]

    6. This is my first and last book by Margaret Daley. I could not even finish the book. This type of writing is NOT what I expect to find in Inspirational Fiction.

    7. Running From LoveMargaret Daley is a fantastic author. She puts so much passion and heart into her books. They are warm and inviting with conflicts and heat included.Love Gone To The Dogs is a remarkable story about an unconventional family that is just looking for a warm, loving community to accept them as they are. They hope they have found just that when they move to Shady Oaks. However, within a matter of days of their arrival, disaster has already begun to have found them. Arnold, the beagle [...]

    8. Sweet StorySuch a sweet romantic book with a touch of comedy, the characters had instant chemistry but both were not looking for a relationship but it was hard to stay away from each other since their dogs had a Romeo and Juliet thing going on with their owners trying to keep them away and the dogs wanting to be together.

    9. ☺☺☺☺Margaret Daley provides unusual plot elements to this enemy to lover romance. Purebred dogs, an obnoxious neighbor and two precocious family members add a lot of color. With a novella length things happen quickly in a fun cast paced read.

    10. I enjoyed this story. The romance was fun to read. I liked how they met because of dog problems, how they dealt with them etc. I especially loved the happy ending!

    11. Good bookYou people should just read this book yourselves and write your own review on this novel yourself and I really enjoyed reading this book very much so. Shelley MA

    12. ReviewI loved this story and the characters in it. I wish the story was longer . I would like two know what happened to the grandfather and Margaret

    13. SweetI enjoyed reading this short sweet romance. It has interesting characters. Both adults and kids. Just short, sweet and romantic

    14. This is a sadly frustrating novella.Single mother Leah Taylor and small town doctor and mayor Shane O'Grady are both likable characters, and I wanted to like their story. And really, there's a fair amount to like. Leah works hard to protect her family, including cavalierly experimenting grandfather and her socially awkward, brilliant younger son, Joey. Shane became a doctor and came back to his home town of Shady Oaks because he cares about people and the town he grew up in. Shane's mom, also Dr [...]

    15. This is a fun romance about Leah, moving to a new neighborhood with her two sons, grandfather and pet beagle. They don't have the best luck in being able to stay in one place because her grandfather is an inventor whose experiments often go badly. It doesn't help that her six year old son is a genius who wants to fly and keeps trying different machines to help him accomplish this. The beagle, Arnold, doesn't help them to be liked by the neighbors when he repeatedly chews up Shane's newspaper. Sh [...]

    16. Single mom Leah has had a rough few years, her husband left her for a younger woman, leaving her to raise her 2 sons. Her younger son has a high IQ, which often makes it hard for him to relate to other children. She's also been fighting with her family to keep her mischevious grandfather out of a nursing home. Her grandfather tries all sorts of experiments which lead to havoc and chaos, to the point where Leah and the boys and he, have had to move to a new town. They have arrived in Shady Oaks, b [...]

    17. The story is humorous but predictable.Leah is a young mother of two sons. Joey is a genius and older brother, Sam, has gone through life protecting Joey from bullies. Gramps Leah's Grandfather lives with them. He is a scientist and inventor who mostly creates disasters. Arnold is the family beagle. He has OCD and his newest obsession is a Bichon belonging to the town's mayor.Sean is a doctor and the mayor of this small town. He is a widower who is still grieving over his late wife. He becomes at [...]

    18. Love Gone To The Dogs (Book 1 Second Chances series)By: Margaret DaleyAs usual Margaret Daley does not disappoint me. This novel is difference from some of her others, but I loved it. I think I started out laughing and laughed about all the way through. There was a few times I said Oh No. The name Love Gone To The Dogs fits this novel really well. Leah Taylor is a single mom. She has two young sons and an inventor grandfather who loves to live risky. The youngest son is somewhat a genius and she [...]

    19. Margaret Daley brings us a romance interlaced with lots of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Leah Taylor is a divorced mother of 2 and the caretaker of her grandfather. I really like the fact that she is an author of a book series about the adventures of a beagle. Added to the fact she keeps her eccentric grandfather out of a nursing home by caring for him, I find she is a wonderful character. Moving to a new place always comes with problems, but when her dog, Arnold, starts having real lif [...]

    20. Love Gone to the Dogs is a cute story with two miss-matched dogs that bring their owners together. Arnold, the Beagle finds Princess the pure bred Bichon Frise irresistible and once he decides she is his, nothing is stopping him being with her. The owners, Leah and Shane start with a real problem with the dogs, although both find the other attractive. Leah is the mother of two boys, Sam the responsible son and Joey, the six-year-old genus that is several grades ahead and working on figuring out [...]

    21. I mainly started reading this book because I needed a bit of a break from the heavier books I've been reading lately and I must say it was a refreshing change.Truthfully, the reason I downloaded this book to my kindle in the first place was because it featured a beagle as part of the storyline. I have a beagle who is like my first born and have a bit of a problem where I cannot resist anything that is beagle related and as I'm not usually a huge romance fan I was banking on the beagle fan factor [...]

    22. The real love story is between Arnold and PrincessLeah has just moved into town with her family to have a fresh start. Wishful thinking on her part. So far her dog Arnold is an escape artist and is making time with her neighbors dog Princess. That's the least of her problems, her youngest son and her grandfather are scientific geniuses that drive her insane. They are either setting fire to the garage, causing blackouts or trying to fly. It tends to rattle the nerves. last thing Leah expects is r [...]

    23. Leah Taylor moves her family from town to town because her 6 year-old is a genius and her grandfather is an eccentric and they just can't fit in. In the latest town, she meets a sexy doctor whose wife died three years ago. The chemistry is instantaneous, but Shane O'Grady (the doctor) and Leah are both afraid of commitment, he because his wife's death devastated him and she because her husband left her and their boys for an 18-year-old.Maybe because I don't live in a small town, I couldn't relat [...]
